Based in Los Angeles, California, R. Brent Wisner holds a bachelor of philosophy and political science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where he served as captain of the varsity sailing team and the UCLA mock trial team. Mr. Wisner led the mock trial team to back-to-back championships and earned an all-American attorney designation through the American Mock Trial Association. R. Brent Wisner went on to complete his postgraduate education at Georgetown University, securing a master of public policy and a juris doctor degree. His law school achievements include earning pro bono service award for completing more than 750 hours of volunteer law work.
After serving 2 years as a United States District Court law clerk, Mr. Wisner joined Baum Hedlund Aristei & Goldman in 2012. His achievements as vice president and partner with the firm included serving as co-lead trial counsel for two of the first non-Hodgkin lymphoma cases to be tried against Monsanto regarding it's weed killer Roundup. The third Roundup cancer trial resulted in a $2 billion verdict for the plaintiffs.
