Rachael Spano is the senior marketing manager of Illinois-based Culligan, which she joined in June 2019. With the role, Rachael Spano oversees the optimization of the customer experience across the firm’s website and other digital channels, alongside the implementation of a new technology stack.
Ms. Spano also has experience with the Allstate Insurance Company, where she served as a marketing manager for seven years. During this time, she oversaw a budget of close to $90 million, with channels spanning direct mail, social media, and email.
In addition, Rachael Spano led a team of six people across different specialties, including analytics, product, and legal, to determine actionable marketing points. She also oversaw a field marketing team comprised of twelve people, which she helped to coach.
Ms. Spano holds a bachelor of arts in music from DePaul University, alongside a master’s degree in advertising from Northwestern University. In addition, she is certified in Content Marketing and Inbound Marketing by HubSpot, alongside Google and Salesforce certificates.
