An entrepreneur based in Mont Blanc, Michigan, Raji Zaher is the president, chief compliance officer, and chief executive officer of 5 Ply Inc. He founded the company in 2019 to produce personal protective medical gear, including N95 facemasks. Charged with overall strategic planning for the firm, Raji Zaher also handles administrative tasks such as financial reporting.

Under R.J. Zaher’s leadership, 5 PLY has become an industry leader in the production of surgical masks, capable of manufacturing approximately a million masks per week. This has proven tremendously helpful to medical personnel dealing with COVID-19 cases, many of whom are experiencing a shortage of masks.

Mr. Zaher holds a master’s degree in business and micromanagement from the University of Michigan. Earlier in his career, he was a founding partner with Zaher Investment Inc., where he managed a number of domestic and international investment accounts. Outside of work, R.J. Zaher applies his business ethic and motivational skills to coach youth basketball and soccer.
