As the president of Kemsco Construction and Equipment Company, Ralph Serpe manages all aspects of the New Jersey-based utility contracting company. In 1982, Ralph Serpe founded the company in Newark. Through hard work and an emphasis on client relationships, he has grown Kemsco into a successful enterprise with annual revenues over $70 million. At 63 years old, he continues to work over 50 hours a week to ensure the company's continued success.
A proud family man, Mr. Serpe has been married for over 34 years and works alongside his son at Kemsco Construction. He also has two daughters, both of whom were accomplished Division I college athletes. One daughter played field hockey with Villanova University, while the other played lacrosse at the University of North Carolina, where she was a three-time All-American athlete.
Mr. Serpe's own athletic endeavors include cycling and playing golf at Essex Fells Country Club, of which he is a member. While vacationing in Florida in the winter, he enjoys golfing at Pine Tree Golf Club.
