Ralph Arza dedicated 20 years to teaching, and while he is no longer an educator in the traditional sense, his passion for quality education has never wavered. During his time as a history teacher at Miami Senior High School, Ralph Arza also became the Head Football Coach, making him the youngest and first Cuban American coach in the county.
After some time, Ralph Arza decided to pursue a career in public services, ultimately becoming a legislator and a Florida state representative. In this role, Ralph drafted many pieces of influential legislation and also worked alongside notable politicians like Jeb Bush to create programs such as the A++ Program.
At present, Ralph Arza serves as a consultant and a coach where he continues to value opportunity and education. He is still involved in the community and strives to endorse future education developments that provide better opportunities for students.
