A graduate of Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut, Rand Golletz occupied multiple senior positions with large and medium-sized insurance companies such the Hartford Insurance Group and Montgomery Insurance Companies before establishing his own executive coaching firm. in that capacity, Rand Golletz Performance Systems supported the efforts of a range of business leaders with issues that included leadership development, business succession, brand building, customer service, and general strategy creation and implementation. Mr. Golletz’s coaching philosophy centered on concepts of personal responsibility and mindfulness and stressed the importance of differentiating between belief and truth in order to make wise decisions.
Rand Golletz is also a skilled writer who authored the 2011 Morgan James & Co. book Consensus Is Not Kumbaya - Lessons In Tough-Minded Leadership. In 2010, he contributed a chapter to the 2010 nonfiction anthology Stepping Stones to Success. The chapter, entitled “The Journey from Hard-Headed to Tough-Minded Leadership,” appeared alongside the work of fellow contributors such as Dr. Denis Waitley and Deepak Chopra.
