An executive with more than two decades of experience in leading customer support organizations, Randy Rubingh is author of the book “Call Center Rocket Science: 110 Tips to Creating a World Class Service Organization.” In 2018, he founded CallCenterForecaster.com, which creates trend forecasts to help clients reach their service level goals. Currently the Chief Customer Officer with FrontSpin, Randy Rubingh has overseen departments managing more than 20 million incoming phone calls over the course of his career.
From 2010 to 2016, Mr. Rubingh served as Senior Director and Head of Global Customer Support for Stubhub.com, where, in addition to lowering cost per contact by 47 percent, he planned and executed a $67 million annual budget. Thanks in part to his efforts, the company’s call center was named one of Connecticut’s 2012 Best Places to Work.
Mr. Rubingh is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, with a bachelor of arts in history. He frequently speaks at industry events such as MindXchange West 2011, and has been featured in numerous publications.
