Based in Naperville, Illinois, Raven S. Cashaw leads RAVVE Technology, LLC, where she provides workplace development consulting solutions that include agile coaches and scrum masters. Raven S. Cashaw and and her team strive to instill humanity within a workplace setting, through an approach that involves listening and responding to individual voices, regardless of their organizational role.

Ms. Cashaw enables companies to identify and prioritize needs, and turns the discovery process into one that measurably improves corporate performance. She holds qualifications as a Certified Disciplined Agilist, as well as a Certified Agile Coach and Health Facilitator. She completed a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice at the University of Illinois at Chicago and a master’s degree at the Keller Graduate School of Management.

Ms. Cashaw’s entrepreneurial leadership includes guiding RAVVE Medical Billing in meeting the needs of providers of all sizes, representing diverse clinical specialties. The aim is to ensure that balances are collected from patients in a manner that is professional, time-conscious, and accurate.

Demonstrating a passion for mentoring youth, Raven S. Cashaw has also authored the children’s book Granny and the SugarFoot.
