As the owner of Synthetic Turf International of Southern California/Pristine Green in Walnut, California, Ray Teare provides a wide range of artificial grass products and installation services. He built this business from the ground up to generate six-figure sales annually. Since he founded Synthetic Turf/Pristine Green in 2013, Ray Teare has spearheaded projects that include family lawns, playgrounds, golf tees, putting greens, indoor sports fields, and canine boarding facilities.

Ray Teare previously served 17 years as a store manager for several major big box retail chains, earning a number of top accolades from Kohl’s including a 2008 best customer service score and a 2009 operational excellence award. He laid the foundation for his career with a bachelor of science in business administration from California State University, Chico.

Ray Teare lives in Yorba Linda, just over the Chino Hills from Synthetic Turf/Pristine Green’s Walnut offices. In his free time, he plays on two recreational baseball teams, the So Cal Storm and the Denver Bears.
