A graduate of Syracuse University, Remi Landau holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology. While an undergraduate, she was a member of the Hillel Jewish Student Union and the Entrepreneurship Class. Over the course of four years, she leveraged her involvement in these organization to collaborate and network with the diverse Syracuse University community. Many of the people Remi Landau met through these organizations were outside of her social circle, which helped ensure that her network was well-rounded.
In addition to memberships in these organizations, Ms. Landau was a member and the spirit chair of the sorority Sigma Delta Tau. In this capacity, she generated positive relationships among sorority members, marketed annual fundraisers, and advertised events sponsored by the sorority. She also worked closely with the charitable organization Prevent Child Abuse America.
Since graduating, Ms. Landau has focused on the fashion industry. As a designer, she creates social nightwear items that are made into samples for her company’s upcoming lines. To stay abreast of the newest designs and techniques in the field, Ms. Landau attends shows during New York Fashion Week every year.
