Dr. Richard Pines is a respected presence in the mental health sphere who engaged as a Boise, ID, psychiatrist for decades and provided individual and family therapy. Among Dr. Pines’ areas of expertise were medication management and mental health assessments. He coordinated care with a diversity of Boise clinicians, including primary care physicians, social workers, psychologists, and providers of psycho-social services.
He completed his BS in psychology and biology at Loyola University in the early 1980s and pursued a master’s degree in developmental psychology at the same institution.
