Rich Cosner has been in the real estate business for 35 + years. He has owned his own firms since 1987. He was a top real estate broker in two major national franchise systems. His firms have closed over 55,000 transactions.

How does he do it? He does it with a smaller office footprint and works with about a dozen sales professionals compared to a monster size office with hundreds of agents. He is all about efficiency for the client. He breaks apart the transaction into various pieces and has specialists handle each part. In this way, he gets away from one agent trying to do it all herself and therefore charging high commissions.
