Experienced in customer service and business administrative duties, Ritzy Montaner Robert draws from her diverse background in several industries in her work as a business owner. Ritzy Montaner Robert moved to Miami where she completed her education at the World Hope Academy. She subsequently relocated to her hometown, Louisville, to earn a credential from the Kentucky School of Phlebotomy. She went on to gain clinical experience through a short-term position with a local LabCorp office.

Ritzy Montaner Robert also possesses experience in the restaurant industry. She has been a server and dining room manager for the Havana Rumba Express Cuban restaurant for more than five years. In 2019, she assumed ownership of her family’s catering business. Alongside running the successful Cuban food supplier, she started a role with the mortgage lender TBF Mortgage Company. In addition to working as a loan processor and assistant, she is in the process of earning the state qualifications needed to become a loan officer.
