For more than two decades, Raymond J. “RJ” Fitch has been working in the biotech and healthcare industries. Over the course of his career, RJ Fitch has developed strong organizational management skills and demonstrated an ability to organize and motivate teams of more than 900 individuals.

Currently, Mr. Fitch leverages his extensive experience to oversee clinical and commercial manufacturing for viral vector agents as the vice president of manufacturing and Philadelphia site head of WuXi AppTec. In this position, he oversees 400 persons at three different facilities and is responsible for new facility start-up activities, supply chain operations, facility maintenance, and biological testing.

Beyond his practical experience, RJ Fitch relies on his education. He graduated from Philadelphia University with a bachelor’s degree in biology, then earned an executive MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business in 2011.
