Madison Construction Company

The recipient of a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Buffalo, Rob Ferrino began his career as a program manager for Chicago, Illinois-based Walsh Construction in 1986. He worked at the firm for 16 years, during which time he was responsible for functions such as design budgeting and commissioning of projects. Upon leaving Walsh Construction, Rob Ferrino founded Madison Construction and has served as its president and CEO ever since.

In this time, Rob Ferrino has provided oversight of a number of multi-million dollar projects, including Latitude at Coralville ($48.7 million), The Concord at Sheridan ($39 million), Hammond Sportsplex ($17.9 million) and the Lawndale Christian Health Care Center ($15.6 million). Supplementing more than three decades of project management experience, Mr. Ferrino holds a membership with the Southside Builders Association and the Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate advisory board. He has also won multiple awards, including HACIA General Contractor of the Year (2013) and Polk Bros Foundation Preservation Award (2010).
