A resident of Lake Nona, Florida, a planned community in the Orlando area, Robert Gammons is the owner and president of LG Consulting, which provides consulting services to start-ups in the areas of budgeting and project management. Prior to this role, he served as regional vice president of Encompass Home Health, where he oversaw operations, marketing, and customer engagement at five home care offices. Robert Gammons also served as co-founder and chief executive officer of Phoenix Home Care from 2009 to 2015, leveraging his background in management and sales to lead the company to become one of the 10 largest home care providers in Florida.

He earned an undergraduate degree from Houghton College with a concentration in biology and a minor in chemistry before moving on to Stetson University, from which he graduated in 2002 with a master’s in education. The Lake Nona resident enjoys traveling in his free time, and counts golf and tennis among his favorite physical activities.
