A senior executive with a wealth of experience in strategic sales and general management, Robert Persiano holds a bachelor of science in business administration from the University of Central Florida in Orlando. After graduating in 1996, Robert Persiano found employment as a professional service manager with Renaissance Worldwide in the greater Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area.

Mr. Persiano entered the staffing and recruiting industry in 2000 as managing director of Florida and Puerto Rico operations with the information technology (IT) outsourcing firm Comsys. He remained with this company for the next 17 years, accepting a series of regional vice president positions after its 2010 takeover by Experis.

For the past year, Robert Persiano has spearheaded a range of IT headhunting and consulting operations as the chief operating officer of Seneca Resources in Reston, Virginia. He lives in Rosewell, Virginia, where he enjoys gardening and riding his motorcycle. He stays fit by regularly running, weightlifting, and playing tennis.
