Robert T. Frey is a longtime Louisville, Kentucky entrepreneur who held sales leadership responsibilities with DePuy-Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson Company, for more than 15 years. In his most recent position as senior medical device sales leader, Robert T. Frey guided 20 sales professionals in providing superior customer service that resulted in optimal patient outcomes.
Mr. Frey’s accomplishments included participating in the Attune Revision Total Knee Advisory Team and helping guide the development of a platform for a revision total knee
system. He also informed the creation and launch of a pioneering outpatient surgery center rebate program in tandem with a major hospital system. This required coordinating with a variety of corporate contracting employees and medical device entities under the Johnson & Johnson umbrella.
From 2003 to 2015, Mr. Frey was a sales representative and team leader with DePuy-Synthes and led a half-dozen-strong sales force in the total joint reconstruction business segment. Robert T. Frey’s sustained efforts earned him the Overall Dollar and Percentage Growth Award within the company's orthopedic trauma market.
