As the president of The Modern Edge, Robert Tirgan leads this Columbus, Ohio-based firm in a range of architecture and building projects. One of its latest projects is developing multi-family housing properties in the suburbs of Cleveland. Robert Tirgan has also led The Modern Edge in structural rehabilitation projects.
Mr. Tirgan’s interests as an architect range from deconstructivism in 21st century design to the integration of organic forms into structural plans. He is dedicated to studying architectural philosophy. To further educate himself and to interact with other industry professionals, he has a history of attendance at annual National Multifamily Housing Council meetings in Orlando, Florida.
Robert Tirgan has a bachelor of architecture with honors from Arizona State University and a master of science in architecture and design from the University of Michigan. He began his architectural studies at Ohio’s University of Cincinnati, where he was active in the Delta Tau Delta Greek letter fraternity.
