Formerly bassist in the British rock/metal group Panic Cell, my time in the band gave me the opportunity to share stages worldwide with the likes of Metallica, Disturbed, Slayer, Alice In Chains, American Head Charge, Staind, Mudvayne, Alice Cooper, Papa Roach, Megadeth, In This Moment, etc, plus various slots at major festivals Download, Sonisphere, Bloodstock Open Air, SXSW, Fields Of Rock, Wacken Open Air, Hard Rock Hell, Hammerfest and more.
Panic Cell were featured by many press/media outlets, including magazines Kerrang!, Metal Hammer, and Rock Sound amongst others, plus TV stations MTV, and Kerrang TV. Notably Scuzz TV saw Panic Cell reach number one on the station's most played video chart with the single "Save Me", alongside extremely popular songs in 2004 by Linkin Park, Slipknot, and Evanescence.
After leaving Panic Cell in 2011 I formed Stampede Press in July 2012. Notable clients to date include Terrorvision, Winger/Kip Winger, SOiL, (hed)p.e., Richie Ramone, Jizzy Pearl (Love/Hate), Toby Jepson/Wayward Sons, Anti-Clone, Courtesans, BlackWolf, Krysthla, and more. Originally set up to be a PR agency, my experience playing in bands (whilst co-managing music business matters) has led to me passing on crucial knowledge to Stampede's clients, whilst mentoring musicians with support, elements of artist management, and regular consultation.
My goal is to help musicians avoid common pitfalls that bands can fall into in the music business, and maintain a grounded yet positive approach to their music career whilst having a happy mental health mindset and enjoy playing music as much as they can.
