Executive and producer Roger Paglia has honed a range of experience in the entertainment and media industry. He is a founder and serves as chief executive officer of Animagic Media Group, Inc., in Los Angeles, California, which develops and produces digital animation as well as live-action works. In this position, he manages growth operations and seeks out new acquisition and merger opportunities for the company.

Additionally, Animagic Media Group creates film and video game content for worldwide distribution. The company’s productions include Bug Rangers and Zeppelin Reign. Previously, Roger Paglia worked at CenterStaging and co-created Rehearsals.com, an initiative with MLB.com and Comcast On Demand.

Earlier in his career, Roger Paglia worked with top-tier talent in the entertainment world and established a worldwide services organization that helped clients, such as The Walt Disney Company, Aaron Spelling Productions, and Buena Vista Worldwide Distribution, with their distribution needs. He also served as chief executive officer of Media and Entertainment, Inc., from 1999 to 2002 and currently serves as president of Recorded Records.
