Rohit Chakravarthy has served as Amobee, Inc.’s global controller since 2015, alongside serving as its senior vice president. With the California-based firm, Rohit Chakravarthy manages a multinational team of 30 while also overseeing the audit committee’s communications.

In the past five years, he has been involved in several large projects. For instance, he conducted the due diligence process for the acquisition of Turn, Inc., and Videology Inc. The purchases doubled Amobee’s size.

Mr. Chakravarthy has also streamlined many of the company’s processes, which has resulted in its monthly close process being reduced from 15 days to 2 in Australia, Singapore, Israel, and the UK. These changes subsequently reduced adjustments to zero a year after he joined the firm.

A certified public accountant, Rohit Chakravarthy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He also has chartered certification in India and is a certified information systems auditor. A graduate of the University of Madras, India, he has a bachelor of commerce in accounting. He graduated in 1996.
