An alumnus of Touro College, Ron Kreisel earned a bachelor's degree in management information systems from the Brooklyn, New York, based school in 2006. Upon graduation, he began working as director of sales at J Brand in Los Angeles, California. In this capacity, Ron Kreisel oversaw corporate and independent showrooms on behalf of domestic and international partners. He served in this role for three years, during which time he helped increase revenue by $45 million.

From 2010 to 2014, Ron Kreisel served as managing partner at Enza Costa and was responsible for developing and implementing the brand's strategic vision. He achieved similar success in driving sales and oversaw annual revenue growth of 35 percent. Since 2014, he has assisted companies with business development, as well as sales and operations support, through his role as principal of RK Consulting.

While managing his responsibilities with RK Consulting, Mr. Kreisel took on the role of chief operating officer at Censible Marketing, LLC, in 2016. The company primarily develops and implements marketing and sales initiatives on behalf of skilled nursing facilities, and has increased revenue for its clients by an average of 40 percent by expanding billable days via payer mix and census growth.
