A former member of the United States Air Force, Roy Bowser, Jr., ultimately rose to the highest enlisted rank of Chief Master Sergeant. He completed military training through both the Airman Leadership School and the Noncommissioned Officer Academy, and earned associate degrees in both information management and hotel, restaurant, and fitness studies from the Community College of the Air Force. While managing special duty programs and enlisted aide special duty personnel as chief master sergeant at the Pentagon, Roy Bowser, Jr., graduated magna cum laude with his bachelor of science in business administration from TUI University (now Trident University).

Roy Bowser, Jr., finished a hands-on certification program through the Veterans Adjusting School and entered the automotive repair sector in 2017 as an emergency response unit and independent claims adjuster with Pilot Catastrophe Services in Mobile, Alabama. In addition to handling auto claims, he held certification in fire and general property claims. Mr. Bowser is adept at all aspects of claim processing, from identifying and estimating damage to filing written and photographic reports.
