The recipient of a bachelor's degree in music and arts from Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania, Ryan Workman began his career as music director at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. He worked in this capacity from 2014 to 2019, and presently serves as season program chairperson for Williamsport Music Club. In addition, Ryan Workman is a classical voice instructor at Robert M. Sides Family Music Center.

In addition to his involvement in the local arts and music scene, Ryan Workman has been a key contributor to the Republican Party of Pennsylvania. He served as field organizer for Lycoming County on behalf of the political party in 2016, and, in 2018, acted as north central regional field director. He has also served as vice chairman of the Lycoming County Young Republicans since 2017. He has never been involved with a losing campaign, and was named a Leader in Our Neighborhood by The Webb Weekly.

Mr. Workman presently serves as a marketing, strategic communications, and account executive at Susquehanna Computer Innovations, Inc., in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Beyond his professional endeavors, he enjoys watching opera and theater, as well as traveling, reading, and exercising.
