As owner and CEO of Raymer Land Services, Sam Raymer draws on experience in land acquisition, real estate financing, and construction. He built early career experience through involvement in the founding of three oil production and drilling companies, one of which he co-owned for a number of years. In this role, Sam Raymer oversaw land leasing and mineral rights transfer as well as capital sourcing and project marketing.

Sam Raymer went on to work for his father's construction, excavation, and environmental cleanup business. In 2000, he moved on from this role to enter the mortgage industry as a broker at Private Mortgage Wholesale (formerly Great Lakes Mortgage), in which position he exceeded all prior sales records for the company and set many new ones industry-wide. At Raymer Land Services, the most recent of the six companies that he has established in the land acquisition and financing space, he continues to work with energy and production companies in securing project agreements and legal access to building sites.

A licensed private and commercial pilot in his free time, he has received ratings in instrument flight rules and multi-engine craft. He is also an experienced sky diver who holds two records in the state of Michigan.
