An accomplished business technology professional with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) in Newark, Samir Saini has overseen information technology (IT) solution delivery/support for MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas. He has also accountable for the delivery of all IT shared services across more than 30 divisions for the City of Atlanta, including Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

From February 2018 to June of 2019, Samir Saini served as IT Commissioner/Chief Information Officer for New York City. In this role, Mr. Saini was accountable for all IT and telecommunications shared services across 100+ city agencies and digital products for New Yorkers to include LinkNYC, 311, 911 and NYC.gov. During his time in this role, he managed over 1000+ staff and a $684M OPEX budget. Since August of 2019, Mr. Saini joined Sarona Partners as a Technology Advisor for growth-stage technology start-ups.
