Drawing upon almost 30 years of financial management experience, Sandra Capek serves as a senior wealth advisor, most recently with BNY Mellon Wealth Management, where she has counciled business owners and wealthy families and individuals regarding estate, investment, and retirement planning. Sandra Capek started her career with the New York-based firm in 1989. Prior to her senior wealth director position, she held the role of senior financial advisor at Dreyfus Service Corporation, where she managed more than $1 billion in combined client assets. She has been recognized by Worth Magazine on two occasions with inclusion in its Top 250 Financial Advisors in America list.

Supplementing her extensive experience, Sandra Capek is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Nassau County. Moreover, she is a community-minded individual who holds a trustee position with the Cold Spring Harbor Library and has been a board member of the New York City Police Museum. She is a longtime supporter of many charitable organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, earning "Woman of the Year" distinction from the nonprofit's Long Island chapter in 2012. Ms. Capek earned an MBA with a focus in finance from Dowling, and holds a bachelor of arts degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
