Sarah Nordlund is an individual of diverse interests and talents who has completed coursework in education at the University of Minnesota Duluth and sold as well as donated a range of paintings as an accomplished artist. From 2007 to 2012, she owned and operated an independent booking company that worked directly with bands and venues to present shows in both Duluth and Minneapolis. Over the years, Sarah Nordlund has worked with musical acts that range from jam bands to hip-hop MCs and DJs.

After obtaining certification as a Realtor, Ms. Nordlund returned to her home town of Bemidji, Minnesota, representing property buyers and sellers through ERA Realty. To handle specialized tasks for particular clients, she reached out to form a network of professionals that ranged from mortgage lenders to building contractors.
