I have more than 16 years of working experience in real estate professional services, valuation and property consultancy in Australia and Malaysia.

I am a registered Valuer and Estate Agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents, Malaysia. I am also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia (ISM) and Association of Valuers and Property Consultants in Private Practice Malaysia (PEPS).

Prior to establishing the present company, I hold a management position in Knight Frank Malaysia. My expertise include valuation of a wide spectrum of properties both residential and commercial, and real estate agency and project marketing of residential and commercial properties, and property consultancy and research on the high-end residential market and service apartment in Klang Valley.

Before that, I had my experience in property based companies (Anthony Coady & Associates (Australia), Office of the Valuer-General (Australia), Colliers International, and Regroup Associates (now known as Savills Malaysia Sdn Bhd). My key specialization was in estate agency, project marketing, property consultancy and valuation.

My profile of work includes:

• Valuation of landed and strata properties including development lands, industrial premises, commercial offices, retail shoplots, terraced and detached residential properties.
• Real estate agency for an International Oil & Gas Company and the on-going residential project sited in a prestige golf club in Kuala Lumpur, as well as other residential, commercial and industrial properties sited in Klang Valley.
• Project Sales and marketing of a Condominium residential project in Mont Kiara.
• Valuation of development lands and industrial premises for compulsory land acquisition and compensation purposes. Involved as private assessors in high court for land acquisition cases.
• Property consultancy and research on the high-end residential market and service apartment in Klang Valley.
