Scott Hounsell, a strategic management and business-development professional based in California, has a proven track record of overseeing strategic marketing plans, creating business revitalization projects, supporting start-ups, and implementing political campaigns. Possessing upwards of 15 years of experience, he holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from California State University, Northridge, and an MBA from George Washington University. The former CEO and chief political consultant at The Del Cielo Group in Los Angeles, Scott Hounsell also studied at the European Business School in Germany and the Ecole Superieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales (ESSEC) in Morocco.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Hounsell has developed skill in public speaking and project management. He has been asked to speak and write about policy analysis and criminal justice reform several times, and served as a board member of the Domestic Violence Center of the Santa Clarita Valley and the SCV Youth Project.

Further, Scott Hounsell spearheaded the implementation of internship programs as policy deputy and field representative for a California State Assembly member and, as the executive director of the Los Angeles County Republican Party, reorganized party headquarters and revitalized its fundraising efforts.
