Based in Chicago, Seminary Properties and Management offers rental units to residents in Roscoe Village, Andersonville, Lincoln Square, North Center, and other neighborhoods on the city’s North Side. Started more than 40 years ago, the company began with a single property on Seminary Avenue. From there, it steadily grew, thanks to its hands-on involvement in its properties. The founder of Seminary Properties and Management spent over 35 years not only managing the company, but changing light bulbs, cleaning the halls, and mowing the lawns at properties. Today, several members of the management team live in the company’s properties.

Seminary Properties recognizes that its staff should rarely need to interact with tenants if the company is doing its job. Interior common areas and building exteriors are maintained by staff on a daily basis, and apartments are continually improved. Any issues that tenants do bring are addressed quickly and efficiently. The company’s full-time maintenance team prioritizes tenant requests so that emergency issues, such as flooding or frozen pipes, are always handled before anything else.

In addition to serving its tenants, Seminary Properties also supports its community. The company has donated to LaSalle Language Academy and makes an annual contribution to JUF Chicago.
