A successful real estate developer and building owner in San Francisco, Sergio Iantorno has enjoyed a long and varied career. Born in Italy to a large family, he fell in love with the study of linguistics early in his life while learning a classical Italian secondary education at Liceo Classico and later study Law at the University of Naples. This passion resulted in his becoming fluent in five languages and laid the groundwork for Sergio Iantorno to live and work in several countries around the world.

The first place Mr. Iantorno went was Germany. A social worker for three years, he helped thousands of Italian immigrants find housing, jobs, and schools for their children. After meeting his future wife during a trip to San Francisco, he returned to Germany where he made the preparation to move for a brief period to Canada. There he worked in retail banking and journalism, but soon emigrated to the United States after proposing to his future wife.

When Sergio Iantorno moved to San Francisco, he had only a few hundred dollars to his name, but his ability to speak multiple languages landed him work as a tour conductor. This role helped him support his family, but Mr. Iantorno desired more income, and this resulted in his entering the real estate industry, acquiring licenses as an agent and broker. Over the course of several years, he sold numerous apartment buildings, condominiums, TIC's and single-family homes in San Francisco. This quickly led to his passion as a developer and eventually acquired and improved apartment buildings, homes, condominiums and tenancies in common. His portfolio now includes a wide range of properties, including luxury condominiums.
