Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, Shawn Broz has an extensive public and private sector background in technology administration and most recently held responsibilities as IT director with Caesars Entertainment Corporation and Caesars Enterprise Services. Leading a team of architects, programmers and system analysts, Shawn Broz spearheaded improvements to the platform and the implementation of new products.

A core focus was on supporting the global firm’s $50 million IT transformation initiative through the continuous upgrade and stabilization of mission-essential systems and applications. Mr. Broz also engaged with Caesars in oversight of an Integrated Marketing Products group and Technology Assurance group portfolio that spanned areas such as hospitality, gaming, marketing, budgeting, and analytics. He brought a renewed emphasis to increasing value and loyalty through a combination of operational excellence and outstanding products and service, in ways that demonstrated technology leadership.

Mr. Broz’s experience extends to establishing the independent management consulting practice Magellan Associates and providing client-driven solutions in strategic planning, quality management, financial management, business development, and operational design strategies for clients focused on enhancing business and IT management, operational performance, process improvement, and program, project, and product management.
