Siobahn Hotaling has worked with Global Payments as a senior user experience designer since 2017. In that role, Siobahn Hotaling is responsible for development and implementation of web assets across each of the firm’s brands, as well as using her background in psychology to enhance and streamline the user experience. She recently joined the company's Product Design team to utilize her skills in implementing Global Payment's new design system. She also has designed, developed, and implemented the Global Payments Integrated online help center, as well as overseeing the a well-received video testimonial series.

Since May 2020, Ms. Hotaling has also worked with Adaption Institute, where she serves as a project consultant. Focusing on a project for an international firm, she is involved in research and development centered on skills growth, drawing on skills she developed while attending the Harvard University Extension School. Most recently, she presented a series of webinars to discuss the challenges of remote working and collaboration, as well as tools to improve individual and team-wide experiences in the time of Covid-19.

Siobahn Hotaling finished her master’s degree in psychology immediately before joining the Adaption Institute in May 2020. She earned Dean’s List recognition, and her capstone project on implicit bias was highlighted during graduation. She has continued to extensively research the area, and, as a result, created the Implicit Bias Transformation Program.
