Steve Mariani is an investment associate in Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office. Steve exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout the region, and acts in accord with the company-wide mission to help clients create and preserve wealth by providing the best real estate investment sales, financing, research and advisory services available.

With more than ten years of experience in the real estate industry, he previously operated Jersey Appraisal Group, a statewide real estate appraisal firm. Steve has held licenses as a certified real estate appraiser, licensed title insurance producer, and registered securities representative.

Steve is a member of The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), as well as Marcus & Millichap’s National Office and Industrial Properties Group (NOIPG), National Retail Group (NRG), and Net Leased Properties Group (NLPG).
