The chief executive officer of Somoda Management, Inc., Solomon Morris Davis manages a range of residential and commercial properties in Atlanta, Georgia, and throughout southern California. In addition to purchasing undeveloped properties and improving their worth, Solomon Morris Davis has also overseen new building construction on these properties.

Alongside his leadership role with Somoda, Mr. Davis serves as chairman of P.I.E. Investment, LLC, a corporation based in Tennessee. He also serves as manager of Carver Pacific, LLC, a yacht and charter management service. His past professional experience includes a position as managing partner with Solton Properties, a company focused on the rehabilitation of properties condemned to foreclosure.

Mr. Davis prepared for his career by studying at Lumbeau School of Real Estate and a business education from Los Angeles Southwest College. In his leisure time, he enjoys attending Broadway plays, traveling, boating, and watching sports. He has also become a donor to local charities, such as the Jackson Foundation and the Los Angeles Teenshop.
