Well versed in a variety of both private and governmental affordable housing subsidy programs, SP Investment Fund has successfully invested in more than 100 housing communities with Project Based Section 8 Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) contracts, as well as other Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) programs.

SP recently began renovating a pair of affordable housing communities in upstate New York: the Raymond Watkin Apartments and the John Guy Prindle Apartments, located respectively in Saratoga Springs and the Village of Ilion. The two HAP-subsidized properties will receive approximately $7 million in renovations. Beyond these and similar investments, the company has invested in a number of early stage technology companies working to make a positive impact on society.
