A graduate of the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, Stacy McNeely holds a bachelor of science in marketing and management, as well as a degree in Registered Nursing from the same institution. Stacy McNeely drew on both her clinical experience and business education in her most recent role as National Director of Transitional Care Coordination for The Goodman Group in Chaska, Minnesota, where she created a business plan for patient advocacy within the corporation.

During her time with The Goodman Group, Ms. McNeely also created several entities, including Dreamcatcher, a nonprofit that offers scholarship opportunities to retired military members, and Able Care Connect, LLC, which provides transitional care for Medicare patients after discharge. Previously, she spent several years as a Device Nurse at the University of Minnesota Physicians Heart Clinic.

Apart from her professional responsibilities, Stacey McNeely enjoys volunteering with Can Do Canines, an organization that trains assistance dogs and gifts them to children with special needs. She also supports Underdog Rescue, where she adopted a seven-year-old English sheepdog named Frankie.
