Leading the team at Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC, Konstantin “Stan” Belenky is a respected professional in the commercial real estate industry who provides knowledgeable real estate appraisal and consulting services to his clients. He is a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), as well as a State Certified General Appraiser in the State of New Jersey. Mr. Belenky utilizes his expertise and skills to advise clients in a variety of appraisal, consulting and litigation-related services, including real estate tax appeals and condemnation. Additional appraisal and consulting services provided include, but are not limited to assignments for lending, insurable value, estates, and portfolio valuation. Mr. Belenky also has extensive experience with municipal revaluation and reassessment programs.
Another key senior advisor and appraiser that brings value to the Pyramid team, is Joseph Hiller. Mr. Hiller has been providing clients with valuable appraisal and advisory services since 1985. He is also a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), as well as a State Certified General Appraiser in the State of New Jersey. In addition to the property types listed above, Mr. Hiller has traveled extensively throughout the continental United States, appraising complex properties such as ship building facilities (shipyards), underground gas storage caverns as well as pharmaceutical research/development and headquarters facilities.
Mr. Belenky and Mr. Hiller have extensive experience with municipal and other government entities. They currently represent Franklin Township (Somerset County), and Monroe Township (Middlesex County). Past municipal clients include the cities of Newark, Jersey City, Perth Amboy, Paterson, and Atlantic City. Additional municipalities include the townships of West Windsor, Hopewell, Parsippany-Troy Hills, Randolph, Piscataway, Edison, and North Brunswick.
