A member of the American, Pennsylvania, and Allegheny County Bar Associations, attorney Stan Wolowski has practiced with the Pittsburg law firm of Flaherty & O’Hara for the past 18 years. He represents a broad spectrum of bars and restaurants in legal matters related to liquor licensing and regulation. Stan Wolowski also represents hotels and sports venues, as well as grocery stores and convenience stores that seek restaurant licenses.
Before joining Flaherty & O’Hara in 2002, Stan Wolowski spent nearly 15 years with the Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement for Western Pennsylvania. As the organization’s lead prosecutor, he spearheaded litigation in a range of liquor law licensing and violation cases.
Mr. Wolowski’s current position involves working closely with organizations such as the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board and the Alliance of Alcohol Industry Attorneys and Consultants. He has also spoken widely as a lecturer and panelist at industry gatherings such as the National Conference of State Liquor Administrators and the National Alcohol Beverage Control Association Legal Symposium.
