Established in Pennsylvania in 1998, Starboard Group has grown to operate 185 Wendy's restaurants across the United States and beyond. Starboard Group established its first international location in 2016 in Sao Paolo, Brazil, having gained master franchiser rights in that country with the establishment of the Wendy’s Brazil Joint Venture the year prior.
