Stephanie is known as an innovative commercial broker with a strong entrepreneurial background. Her experience has covered industries including real estate finance, construction and development, consumer goods, entertainment – music, film, and television, high-tech, financial services, insurance, municipalities and more.

Stephanie directed multi-billion dollar portfolios of commercial real estate development projects – multifamily, retail, and mixed-use commercial projects. She leads development, finance, and construction teams on new project developments.

Ardrey a graduate of USC's Real Estate Finance and Development, holds a Master's degree and is a Doctor of Business Administration degree candidate.
