A Columbia University MBA recipient and resident of Woodmere, NY, Stuart Bienenstock has led an accomplished real estate career in NY and NJ that has spanned more than 20 years. He began his career in 1997 as a real estate consultant for the professional services firm of Ernst & Young before accepting a position with HSBC as assistant vice president of risk and technology. In this position, Stuart Bienenstock developed innovative technology programs that ultimately led to the division being acquired by Bank of New York.
After the acquisition, Stuart Bienenstock joined Bank of New York as senior vice president of commercial lending, a role in which he managed a division that generated more than $100 million in sales every month. In 2003, Mr. Bienenstock joined Triple Five Group as managing director for real estate. Over the next five years, he led initiatives such as founding and guiding the company’s northeast acquisitions and investments division.
After founding SJB Capital, a real estate management company that he led for seven years, Mr. Bienenstock returned to Triple Five Group in 2016. As the director of business development, he handles all stages of property investment and development projects while focusing on the aviation and aerospace sectors.
