Based in the Houston area, Taylor Cole Kaleta serves as Director, Physician Practice Operations with the Memorial Hermann Health System, a regional market leader that focuses on cardiology, urology, bariatric surgery, and gastroenterology across 14 locations. A fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Taylor Cole Kaleta has close to a decade of experience in the health care industry.

From 2010 to 2012, Mr. Kaleta served as a business development executive and health insurance specialist with TCK Enterprises, LLC, and was a brokering agent who managed advertising campaigns that reached more than 1,000 insurance professionals. Mr. Kaleta’s sales pipeline grew to $6 million in annuity, health, and life insurance sales each year.

Joining the Memorial Hermann Health System as administrative fellow in 2012 while working toward an MBA at Baylor University, Mr. Kaleta gained in-depth skills and knowledge within an integrated, not-for-profit healthcare delivery system.

An aviation enthusiast, Taylor Cole Kaleta maintains license as a multi-engine and instrument rated commercial pilot.
