A former high school varsity tennis captain in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, and a four-year attendee of the U.S. Naval Academy Tennis Camp, Taylor Hallman earned a bachelor's degree in business management from Washington College in 2012. While attending the school, the Franklin Lakes native gained valuable business experience serving as a franchise manager of a Pizza Fusion restaurant during the summer of 2011. Taylor Hallman also participated in numerous community fundraising events on behalf of the Phi Theta Chi Fraternity.

Since earning his degree in 2012, Mr. Hallman has worked as a business continuation associate with Prudential Financial, where he provides planning and preparation services to businesses to safeguard them against potential disasters or incidents that might damage their buildings or technology. His primary areas of focus in regards to business consultation include resilience, recovery, and contingency. He also provides services relating to cyber security.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Taylor Hallman is an amateur stand-up comedian who regularly performs during improv nights at clubs in New Jersey and New York.
