A registered behavior technician through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Tedi Teabout has served as chief executive officer and clinical director of ABA Adaptive Services since 2018. Her applied behavior analysis (ABA) work extends to clinical areas ranging from autism and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder to anxiety and depression. In addition to her leadership position with ABA Adaptive Services, Tedi Teabout consults on a weekly basis with an ABA professor at Wayne State University. In October of 2019, Tedi Teabout, in partnership with Global Autism Project established ABA practices at the Silver Bells behavioral health center in Rwanda, Africa.

Tedi Teabout previously served as a behavior analyst with Behavior Frontiers and completed a full-time internship at the University Pediatricians Autism Center/Detroit Medical Center. Since earning her master of educational psychology from Wayne State University, Ms. Teabout has continued to educate herself by completing postgraduate coursework in organizational behavior through the Harvard Extension School and attending the conferences of the Association for Behavior Analysis International, the California Association for Applied Behavior Analysis, and the Behavior Analysis Association of Michigan.
