An experienced consulting professional with a background in project management, Teresa Bailey-Weirich specialized in areas such as retail, commercial real estate management, and business development. Throughout her career, she has served in numerous executive leadership positions including Senior Director of Market Planning for South Central at Capital One Bank, Senior Vice President and Director of Relationship Management with Workplace Solutions at Key Bank, Market Planner and Business Leader at Wachovia Bank, and Vice President and Project/Asset Manager with JP Morgan Chase.

Outside of her executive experience in the finance industry, Teresa Bailey-Weirich has penned some prominent pieces, such as an article for the Austin American Statesman and has contributed content to the book Fundamentals of Facilities Management, published by the Building Owners and Managers Institute. Currently, she is writing a book of her own about her uncle, a United States naval officer and submariner who served aboard the USS Pompano and USS Seahorse during World War II. All proceeds from the book sales will be used to sponsor Military scholarships.
