Since entering the talent acquisition field in the early 2000s, Teri Barroso has earned a positive reputation for her expertise in talent branding and the building of standout teams. Throughout her career, Teri has consulted with various venture capital funded clients in the Greater Boston area.

Ms. Barroso has spearheaded talent acquisition strategies for Boston Human Capital Partners, Interactions, and Nanigans. As the Director of Client Engagements with Boston Human Capital Partners, she received widespread recognition and won merit-based awards for three consecutive years. As the acting Director for Nanigans, Teri Barroso made several key placements during her short tenure.

Ms. Barroso has been engaged in consulting work with both Zipcar and LifePod Solutions since May of 2018. Zipcar is known as the leading car-sharing network in the world, while LifePod Solutions is on the verge of transforming eldercare on an international level.
