As president of commercial operations for Mission Pharmacal, Terrell Herring commands more than 15 years’ experience in executive-level pharmaceutical sales and marketing. Before accepting his current position, Mr. Herring served as president and chief operating officer (COO) of inVentiv Health, Inc., where he oversaw all major company divisions, including clinical, pharma services, and patient outcomes. Terrell Herring came to this role following a successful five-year tenure as president and CEO of the company's commercial services division, where he achieved a 500 percent revenue increase in five years.

Terrell Herring joined inVentiv Health as a national business director for sales and marketing, having previously served in a similar position with Noven Pharmaceuticals. There, he formed the company's first sales force and established a team that targeted women's health marketing and transdermal drug delivery. With a wealth of related experience in business direction and marketing with Solvay Pharmaceuticals and in trade relations and sales with Ciba-Geigy Pharmaceuticals, he now focuses his professional attention on solidifying partnerships for Mission Pharmacal. Most recently, he solidified an agreement with Star Pharmaceuticals to manufacture its urology drug, Uribel. Mr. Herring holds an undergraduate degree in biology and graduate certificates in both product design and international marketing.
